My time/information is in an Athlinks Event, but it's wrong...

If your result or personal information within an Athlinks event is incorrect AND the official website's results are also not correct, please contact the Event's organizer to have them make the necessary changes, then complete the steps below to have the information updated in Athlinks.

If your result or personal information within an Athlinks event is incorrect, but the official website's results ARE correct, you can E-mail Us. Please include:

  • Your first and last name
  • The Event URL in Athlinks
  • A URL to or file containing a complete set of results for your event
  • Details about the information you need updated

We can only make adjustments to information when we have access to a full list of results. This is to ensure the integrity of the Event's original data. If you can't find a complete list of results, try contacting the Event Organizer for a complete list.

Once you've sent us the e-mail, please allow us up to 48 hours to process your request.
